As we already know, both Sasuke and Madara are both transmigrants of Indra Ootsutsuki, while Sasuke PS has attacks based on Indra like "Indra's Arrow" and as well as having similarities with Indra's PS being purple with some matching features.
While Madara has not shown any attacks that relate to Indra himself, Madara's PS itself is "Indra". What I mean by this is Madara's PS has a lot of Indra's traits appearance wise.
Indra has been shown to have wavy long hair which is not very common to the Uchiha's (Straight long hair) while having 2 locks tied up at the sides of his hair something the Ootsutsuki's usually do. Both which Madara's PS is shown to have.
Madara's PS is shown to have very similar appearance to Indra, especially the head of Susanoo like shown below.
So:
Sasuke's PS = Indra's attacks and powers*(assuming he had lightning nature)
Madara's PS = Indra's physical form
