Looks: Ikkaku is a tall and lean-built man sporting a bald head, and is in fact made fun of by a lot of people, Ikkaku's bald scalp is very reflective when seen under the sun, causing his friends to mistake it for a full moon sometimes. He also has distinctive small red markings at the outer corner of his eyes. Ikkaku has a scar running down the left side of his chest that he gained from his fight against the first person who defeated him. He wears black robes along with sandals, except that there is no tabi with his sandals. A month after he first got defeated, Ikkaku obtained a gold-colored shoulder armor with a Kanji for "dragon" (龍) on it.
Personality: In terms of his attitude, Ikkaku is a violent, fight-loving, and rude. This has been noted by many people. He loves fighting so much that he is unwilling to travel anywhere without a kunai. Ikkaku is very self-conscious about his baldness to the point, often insisting that he's not bald and his head is "shaven" while it is obvious that it isn't. He will threaten anyone that points this out.
Ikkaku considers fighting fun, and tries to get as much fun as he can, even willing to take deadly risks to drag out the fight for as long as possible. Ikkaku is even seen constantly smiling when engaging in a fight with a formidable opponent, which causes others to call him maniacal.
Ikkaku considers the only honorable battles to be those that are fought one-on-one. Even the threat of death is not a reason to ignore this fact, as they believe that the winner is only to be determined when the other dies.
However, Ikkaku does have a sense of loyalty and responsibility. He does consider surviving an otherwise lost battle good luck. He is also a highly-perceptive combatant despite his violent nature.

History:
The Story of Skinhead
Born in the outskirts of the hidden mist, Ikkaku's mother died the moment she gave birth to Ikkaku. His father was arrested when Ikkaku was 5 as he attacked 3 unprovoked man and killed them. Having been "abandoned" by his parents, Ikkaku burst into a furious rage and underwent a huge personality change. He wandered around the village he was in, and broke into houses, demanding food. When they refused, Ikkaku would beat them up. Ikkaku, who inherited the genes of his father, was unnaturally gifted at fighting, and was unusually strong. He developed a liking for fighting, and by the age of 7, he had challenged everyone in the village and won, defeating adults twice the size of him. Though he suffered countless wounds, it was nothing compared to the pleasure he received. He was invincible. Until a ninja from Konohagakure appeared in the village. This very ninja enjoyed fighting, and went about searching for the strongest fighter in the village. The rest of the villagers spoke of a boy called Chrome-Dome and the ninja went searching for him.
Pachinko-Head was up for the challenge, and was ecstatic. The ninja said that he was looking for a strong human, stating that he wanted to see the difference between the weakest ninja and the strongest human. (Of course, the ninja wasn't the weakest but he was weak. You know what I mean!)
Cue-Ball suffered many injuries in the midst of their battle. He was stabbed by 6 kunai, and hit by 7 shurikens. For a little boy at the age of 7, that was too much. Ikkaku refused to admit defeat. The ninja, with his katana, slashed Ikkaku across his chest.
Ikkaku woke up, a few days later, with his injuries treated. He remembered the ninja that defeated him. Thus, he decided to become a ninja. Ikkaku then gathered his supplies and set forth for the village hidden in the leaves. He reached Konoha after a long and arduous journey. He asked around for the ninja that defeated him, but to no avail. He enrolled at the academy and after completing the course, ventured out into the stormy seas, and the thick canopy of trees. Nearly twenty years have passed, and Ikkaku's efforts have been in vain. He has grown stronger, and now, his new story begins.
