Why do people keep claiming madara is the strongest? Before madara died he was stripped of power, he lost the bijuu and RSM. He didn't even have hashiboob anymore. He was normal with only his dojutsu.

People laugh and call kakashi weak and fodder after he was stripped of power, yet they pretend madara wasn't stripped before death?

How does that work? Oh and Naruto or Sasuke would wreck madara hard. ​

You know how much respect I have for Naruto and Sasuke, especially when they are in my fave list.
But Juubi JInchuuriki Madara was stated by the Sage himself of being closer to him and kaguya's power. I don't see Sasuke or Naruto being more powerful than a guy who had the strongest chakra at the time.
