Madara Zetsu Obito Tobi latest manga and anime chapters

So in the latest anime episode Zetsu calls Tobi Obito (near the end of the episode).
Zetsu walks alongside of him and says:''Just like Obito said, the clouds are moving strangely.''

I find this phrase quite odd. If you walk alongside somone you would say ''Just as YOU said, the clouds are moving strangely.'' But he didnt say YOU, he said OBITO, he said:''Just like Obito said, the clouds are moving strangely.''
It is as if the Tobi right there, isnt Obito at that very moment. As if Obito his mind is temporarily taken over by Madara and Zetsu is talking to Madara and referring to something Obito has said. As if he is updating him.

What do you all think of this?

This anime episode would fit well together with the latest manga chapters about Spiral Zetsu and the conversation between Madara and Zetsu about the 'insides'.
