Madara was referring to Obito coming back from Kamui but I have no idea what Hashirama was talking about. I hope someone else does though cause I was wondering this myself

Madara was referring to Obito's Kamui wormhole. The panels after that prove that. Not sure about Hashirama though. I think he is talking about how Madara became stronger, through the use of Hashirama's cells and such.
