Well if you guys could remember Madara didn't has no weaknesses so if he would be the juubi's jin his weakness would be sage jutsu's

Kishi planned from the start that Madara won't be the Jin
It's kinda messy now because he was surprised that obito became the jin and had to use his "trump card" he probably forgot

Madara won't become Juubi's Jin since he isn't alive and edo tensei'd by Kabuto,so Madara won't become Juubi's Jin unless and until he becomes alive again..

I wouldn't be so sure whether he can be Juubi's Jin or not.... Madara has read the Uchiha Stone Tablet which probably mentions Senjutsu being The Juubi and it's Jin's weakness.... That's why he is in Hashi's way.... If the stone mentions some weakness of the Juubi and it's Jin.... It might also contain a counter to it.... Which probably Madara knows.... =D =D
