If this is Edo Madara just w/o Edo but he retains his Rinnegan, then he should be number 1.

Nagato should be above Naruto.

Itachi is definitely above Gai and Kakashi.

It is impossible to know because we don't know what he would do if he were not edo and shishui, muu, 2nd mizu, 3rd/4th kazakage, prime hanzo, kin/gin, izuna, itachi, and more >kakashi xd

kakashi is been underated.. I belive he has surpassed itachi as a ms user...

Its hard to say because we haven't seen what Madara's limits were when he was alive. He wouldn't be able to do alot of the things he is doing now because they would probably kill him as well.

Oh and for the people still talking about what Madara said about Hashi being the only one who could stop him. That was typical bad guy talk, don't forget that in the end he is still going to lose and be either sealed or sent back to the afterlife.

Madara #2. If Madara is still alive with his EMS, then Obito doesn't have Rinnegan (because he took his Rinnegan eye from Nagato who got his eyes from Madara). Same thing for Nagato. If Madara is still alive with his EMS and is at his prime, he has Kurama under his control and Naruto is only able to use SM (if he still can, without Kurama his chakra reserves would be much lower).
