Madara With Hermit Power

Question: If Madara has Hermit power could he make his own God Tree?

Reason I ask is cause of the following.

God Tree Attributes:

Mokuton
Chakra Absorbtion
Natural Energy
Insane pool of Chakra


Madara is capable of:

Mokuton
Chakra Absorbtion(Gakido/Preta)
Yin and Yang Manipulation Possibly Creation of all things
Edo Tensei and since Madara has a huge Chakra pool you could say he can pump enough limitless chakra to produce his own God Tree

With this being said once Madara has Hermit powers could he create his own version of the God Tree?
