We have seen Hashirama and Yamoto able to emerge through Mokuton.

Madara also has Mokuton ability.

Madara will escape from Kaguya’s body by emerging thought the people with Mokuton ability like Hashirama or Sasuke (Hashi DNA was given to him by Hashi himself, also by Kabuto). Or he could emerge from a White Zetsu, Yamato or even a tree.

I doubt it. His consciousness will emerge once Kaguya is weakened enough, but he probably won't do any real fighting. He'll help by hindering Kaguya from the inside.
