I have seen this claim made by NB a lot. I decided to make a thread giving my opinion on this matter.
1). "Black Zetsu manipulated Madara to the Infinite Tsukuyomi"
First of all, Black Zetsu never manipulated Madara in any way. Manipulation is actually following orders. The Infinite Tsukuyomi was Madara's plan with his wishes. Everything he sacrificed on was all part of what he wanted. You can say Black Zetsu deceived him, but never manipulated. Confirmed by Black Zetsu himself - "I knew Madara can do" > clear indication that Madara will make everything for IT. He had power and intelligence to do so. Black Zetsu waited for his chance.
Now that he ignorant claim has been debunked, I can move on...
What would have been the point of using all those hints on Madara's defeat, if he will turn on the good side? Seeing as how Naruto and Sasuke on their own are pushing Kaguya to her limits, Madara is not needed to defeat Kaguya. It will be the Yin-Yang sealing. The IT was a way to retrieve all Chakra, so Madara can become the ultimate being - Hagoromo's statement.
"Juubi (Kaguya is part of it), a Madara and Sasuke" - Masashi Kishimoto in his interview.
Madara will not turn to the good side. He will be the final villain. Sasuke will be the final antagonist.

- Rikudou's sealing scroll was a hint that Madara will be sealed.
- Naruto' and Sasuke's powers were specifically given to stop Madara.
- The "Jutsu" Hashirama gave to Sasuke will be used on Madara.
