Madara defied the Edo Tensei I don't think a Mere Kamui dimesion will be enough to keep him U_U RDS however is a different story

That is sort of a permanent sealing, until someone opens the dimension again.

Reaper death seal takes quite a while before the soul is out.
Even with hashirama and tobirama, who were letting it happen (oro his control was broken the moment the soul was being pulled).
It wont be that easy to use RDS on madara.
