Also, Madara's final words with Hashirama show he's finally ready to die. He's accepted that Hashirama's ideals were better than his, and that he was wrong.

Orochimaru can also take his eye and use izanagi and implant it back to his eye and he will revive. Even hasharima got fooled that time when he thought he killed madara and even tobirama.

Orochimaru has no reason to revive Madara. He's already said numerous times he has no interest in any destructive path. He just wants to sit back and watch what happens now.

now that he doesn't have hashis DNA anymore his eye went back to being blind

He could come back but I just don't see him adding anything to the story anymore. His arc seems done personally. It made sense, you know, he came back and then so did the First Hokage, but now it just seems if he does come back Kishi is milking an old storyline that just needs to die.

I think Madara's unresolved plot is that he never really got any dialogue with Sasuke. They were the last two Uchiha. I'm not sure Obito really counts in this sense. Hashi gave Naruto his words of encouragement, but I think Madara still needed to speak with Sasuke personally. If for no other reason than Sasuke resembled Izuna.
