Madara would be damned if he gets tnj'd, they're probably going to sacrifice madara's lower half to bring back hagoromo who in turn will resurrect hamura who in turn will save all the people from IT.

Madara is such a dynamic character, after all he's done, after all he's sacrificed, the image he's portrayed as a villain, him getting tnj'd would be god awful it'll be at least 10x worse than how negato got TNJ'D. Madara should die a villain in the end it'll be better that way.

Madara is in favour of the Infinite Tsukuyomi, but against the White Zetsu transformation. After all, he just wants everyone to be happy.

Therefore, no Talk no Jutsu is needed for him to join the aliance.
