Obviously Madara will be defeated by Naruto and Sasuke's teamwork. But they won't kill Madara (as always happened in this manga, the main character and the rival won't kill the opponents)

Why Kakashi and Obito?
It's clear, Madara ruined Obito's 16/17 years of his life. Obito will make the final blow with the help of Kakashi.

And what will happen to the duo Naruto and Sasuke? They will fall asleep due to exhaustion after they ensure that they defeated Madara completely.
