We should already know that Madara can see through any type of stuff with his doujutsu.For example Hashirama clone and Naruto clone.I am sure Madara would have seen the changes in black zetsu chakra, when Kaguya take over him at any point in the war .Madara was known to be a genius and a good planner for any outcome,therefore he probably plan for a counter against kaguya .if she backstabbed him

I was rereading the lastest chapter and i realise that Madara done something to the ground before he landed infront of black zetsu.Why will kishi emphasize on the Madara hand placement on the ground (by a tap) ?

I believe Madara will get in control of himself again.Madara either perform a jutsu to ruin Kaguya plan or he probably sent part of him or jubi somewhere to fight against her somehow

This pretty much. He probably won't die right away (like Obito didnt die after reviving Madara), and perhaps will try to stop Kaguya, but his days as main villain are over.

Well what you do have does make sense. However, I think the tapping represents him initiating the four limbo's. After he taps the ground, then Sasuke states that they have been surround in four sides.
