Madara will eat the flower - And why

Madara got beaten to a pulp by Gai, Madara even jokingly said "You almost killed me you bastard"
Up until this point Sage Madara really hasn't shown us anything much impressive. And there is a reason for that: The entire plot was waiting for Naruto & Sasuke to return.

But the issue now is that if current Madara got beaten to a pult by Gai, then he's not much of a final villain is he.
If a semi-sub character can almost kill the main villain, something is really wrong.
It's like if Krillin almost killed Imperfect Cell!. I think we are seeing Imprefect Madara, with only one eye and without the flower.
When he gets his second eye he will be like semi-perfect cell, and when he gets the flower he will become perfect cell.

This has to happen beacause Naruto & Sasuke have just recieved incredible powers, they cant just fight a half-dead Madara with one eye. That would be a quick fight. No, Madara will get the flower and then the real match will begin, Sasuke & Naruto will then fight the final form of Madara.
Hagoromo said that if Madara eats the flower the world would end. But Kishi is only writing this so that when Narito & Sasuke actually defeat Madara it will seem like a more impressive feat.

It could be possible but one other possibility is that they will defeat madara leaving the actual juubi as the next villain. There are so many possibilities right now we still don't even know if orochimaru has anything up his sleeve. He's been a villain since part 1 and he was revived for a reason. Who knows

Madara hasn't used any techniques other than them balls.
Madara was laughing and playing around with gai. (He was srs like when he was fighting has hashirama at vote)

Madara right now is still stronger than naruto or sasuke...it will be a joint effort from ALL of them to beat madara. He doesn't need the fruit, but yeah I think he might be eating it...
