Yeah, because Madara knows how to break Edo Tensei, and Tobirama doesn't. More to the point Tobirama is still under Oro's control like a puppet. Hashirama was barely able to defeat EMS Madara, now Madara has Rinnegan and Mokuton.
Rest assured, that if anyone defeats Madara it is going to be Naruto and Sasuke. The whole premise of the war was the old generation passing the torch to the new generation. Hashirama defeating Madara is anti-climactic. Story is why Hashirama is going down, guys.

I have the same feeling madara is to claim n excited despite being at a disadvantage. He has to deal with the shinnobi alliance n tobirama n hashirama an he not even in a panic in fact he is waiting for them to come. He probably knows he can win now since he has the juubi, senju dna, and rinnegan

Technically, he has some sealing techniques with Wood release and whatever sealing technique he and Obito used to put the TB chakra in the statue to begin with. It's more likely Madara is working with Orochimaru. How else did Oro get the Hashi cells to create Yamato?Madara doesn't have sealing techs
Current Madara can kill Naruto and the alliance with his pinky finger, though he sees it as not worthy of his time. He could, in no particular order,
1) Blow them all away with meteors
2) Use Rinnegan techniques like Chibaraku Tensei to suck Minato and crew up
3) Juubi bomb to blow them all to hell
4) Perfect Susanno to seal/destroy Minato and Hashirama, neglecting the fodder like Tobirama and Hiruzen

rainman has a good point, at the valley of the end hashi was the better warrior and it was proven, but now they are both edo tensei buuuut madara has hashi's cells and the rinnegan (which is said to have control over life and death), and the juubi. I believe the tables have turned now and it's up to naruto to defeat him.

Sealing is not the only way to stop an Edo Tensei reanimation, as has been shown. Madara can trap them in genjutsu or worse yet: Genjutsu Orochimaru into undoing the seal. We know that Kabuto knew the seals due to Orochimaru, thus Orochimaru can be genjutsu'd into ending it, thereby re-sealing all 4 Hokage.
Madara has options
1) Immobilize the Edo Hokage with Chibaraku Tensei or some other Madara HAX technique
2) Force the Hokage to deal with the Juubi
3) Genjutsu Orochimaru or ask them to erradicate the Hokage's personalities and use them against the alliance. (Orochimaru working with the good guys? LOL YEAH RIGHT!
4) Juubi rape mode.
In short, everyone is underestimating Madara and his obvious ties to Orochimaru. Edo Hokage.. well, they gonna get raped.
