2. The sage himself said he did not develop ninjutsu, but ninshuu. Are you now saying that Madara, Tobi and oro know more about the sage than himself? Also no. Ninshuu and ninjutsu are different things. The sage created ninshu in order for people to connect together and understand eachother. Ninjutsu was created by people who fused the spiritual and physical energy as means of creating weapons of war. This was not the sages intentions nor did he make it that way.

3.You are assuming things. If the sage meant only in that era then he would of stated so instead of leaving it ambiguous. When he says nobody was more powerful than her it's logical to assume as in all time. This is also evidenced by the manga as nobody has yet gained the power to enslave all humanity.
