They both want peace, but Naruto just expects hate will go away forever. Sasuke just wants a fresh world and has nothing more than that planned. Nagato's plan was just pathetic. At least Madara achieved his goal of peace. Even if they turned into zetsus, while they were alive they were happy and peaceful.

Only way of making humans not act like Humans is to turn them into plant people. In that way, Madara/Obito had the right idea.

Naruto wants peace and his way of doing it maybe be considered impracticable like wanting to Save Sasuke and at the same time the Village similar to wanting to look left and right at the sametime or Obito who as he stated if there were a shortcut to peace he would take it vs Naruto who told him "A Hokage is someone who walks the longest, hardest path in front of everybody" or something like that and finnally Madara who wanted peace and to do that obviously as everyone knows his plan was to blind? trick everyone into a false sense of peace so he isn't the only one who wanting to seek peace there are plenty.
