nothing is wrong with it here. I am making a case to the OP he is stating his case as if the gokage were fighting the Madara of VOTE. This is not the case. Hashirama lost to the same Madara they did so that doesn't make the 5 kage weak. It just shows what type of opponent they are up against.

Didn't Edo Hashirama almost defeat Edo Madara? He was about to get sealed, but Obito ressurected him, and something something happened. Zzz

and this is why Madara(or any other Edo) should never have brought back. The guy already reached legendary power status when he was alive and then you throw in the Rinnegan mokuton, PS, Juubi, Sage powers, Kaguya/Shinju Tree power and you have this haxed god being that solos everyone in the universe.

That is such a full villain. Where's the struggle? Where's the eximent if not knowing which way the battles going to go? It creates these unrealistic and forced solutions to defeating such a character that we all eventually come to name plot/a**pull/trolled etc.

you say this but you realize Madara would have died at the hands of theTsunade's punch through his Susanoo, Aye and Mei's combo attack, ooniki's Jinton blast, Gaara Imperial sand coffin if not for his Edo form right? Technically the 5 kage killed Madara several times in that fight but he was saved by his Edo form, mokuton and his Rinnegan, all of which he didn't have during his fight with Hashirama.

Seriously.... Seriously??? Madara was ****ing around, he knew he was invicible, thus just testing his new body and playing around. If this was the REAL LIVING EMS MADARA that fought Hashirama he would have gone in with a TOTALY different tactic. Notice how Madara almost never uses Genjustu, although he is a master at it, and he doesnt use susanoo effectivly, he doesnt use ANY EMS techs at all. Admit it, he would have whopped the Gokake with EMS alone.

The Gokage have nothing absolutely nothing to counter Perfect Susanoo and EMS Madara also has the Kyuubi to add to that and you do realize Madara wasn't even taking his fight with the Kages seriously

Madara is a legendary ninja with the rinnegan in and his edo form he cannot be killed and has infinite chakra. The kage are strong in their own right but how they gonna stop that? We saw how powerful the MS is when Sasuke ran amuk at the conference. Now imagine that with infinite chakra, super durability, mokuton, ems, rinnegan, and meteors. There was no chance for them to win. Everyone cant be the reincarnation of Ashura/Superman and defeat him.

meaningless fact, the 3rd kage is always suppost to be the strongest

3rd raikage is basicaly invincible
ohnoki beat muu, so hes technicaly stronger
3rd kazekage was meant to be by far the strongest kazekage
hiruzen seems to have more hype than goku, and was stated to be the strongest hokage (admittedly by iruka, while the other hokage have also been stated to be the strongest)
and we havent seen the 3rd mizukage.
