Hiruzen did teach Tsunade and she has more skill than her along with all the other Hokages that ever existed but my thing is that Tsunade is of senju lineage, a clan gifted with longevity and physical energy of the Sage. She's so persistent that she was split in half by wood style yet she still reattached herself together.

I don't know where Kakashi genuinely stands because he just lost his mangekyo powers, however Tsunade on the other hand I don't see Hiruzen beating her because he doesn't have any jutsu to permanently put her away.

Between Hashirama, Tobirama, and Minato which ones do you see Hiruzen beating in a fight? I can you also explain on why too?
