Seriously, Madara was most probably stronger then his father was, but his father was a way better leader.

Madara was only powerfull, but the Uchiha-troops didn't respect him. When times became more difficult, Madara showed no leader skills to keep his troops under control. See how last chapter proves how many from the Uchiha's even walked over to the Senju clan. That is harsh! They rather wanted to fight there own clan then fighting under Madara.

Madara was a selfish commander who only cared about his little brother and no one else. He lost the war because of bad leadership.

I will agree with u on that but as he stated before Hashirama was always stronger. I think that Madara only agreed to help build the village was that maybe Hashirama prolly told him he could be the leader. But no one wanted that. And as being the prideful man he is he left thr village jealous of Hashirama and swore revenge aganist the leaf

Pein fodderized konoha singlehandedly, is tsunade a bad leader?

Just because the uchiha lost to the clearly superior senju, doesnt mean that madara is a bad leader because of it

And just because there were defectors, doesnt make him a bad leader either, Is kakashi a bad team 7 leader because sasuke defected, or is obito a bad leader because konan defected?
