I watched the movies.

- His AT field doesn't have any feats that would block a Juubi dama or multiple Multi Island level Chibaku Tensei

- Single Gudo Dama were able to block Moutain level attacks, so I don't see Unit one getting through them​

Unit 01 takes madara in both.
I really don't see any way for Madara to get through the AT field and harm the EVA.
