In his edo form, he took on an entire army with only ems before even turning on rinnegan. The meteor itself would ensure at least a tie because it is a kamikaze move so yeah, Madara wins in all scenarios, worst possible outcome is a tie but that is still unlikely

I really doubt someone like Madara falling for that. He was a legendary badass. He must be very experienced, well-known and strong enough enough to counter jutsus of such caliber.

Considering the number of shinobis in Gaara's division, I think your argument makes sense.

Probably. Even Hiruzen was worried of confronting with the Uchiha clan. Sadly we never saw the Uchiha clan's true power.
