Why is it that madara was a loner and was not trusted amongst his clan even though he was their leader ....do you think that the uchiha knew about how madara got MS/EMS and thats why the uchiha told tobirama about secrets of the sharingan so he can tell hashirama but hashirama didnt listen ....???

Because every time Madara fought Hashirama, Madara lost. The Uchiha placed all their hopes on Madara and I guess having them being crushed every attempt was disappointing. Also, the Uchiha thought Madara just wanted more war and chaos just like when it was in the old regime (not the French one :|).
