Madara roflstomps. Going by how you restricted the wood-style, I'd guess that this is Madara who was revived, except with the limitation of a basic Sharingan. He'll still have Sage Mode which puts him far above.

Anyways,

I honestly don't see how Manda is a big factor in this fight. Madara's shunshin speed (blitzing SM Naruto and Sai in rapid succession) + leaping ability (scaling the gedo mazo in one jump) should allow him to avoid Manda's attacks.
If nothing else, katon haijingakure no jutsu should allow Madara to make an escape.

going on an endless genjutsu tug of war with sasuke is also possible if necessary. This would result in the snake basically just standing there lol

Juubi sized gouka mekkyaku would also roast manda forcing him to shed his skin. I doubt Manda can continuously do it though so a couple katons should suffice.

Also Madara's gunbai should be able to do some damage considering it can cut through boulders and shinjuu trunks with ease.

his swing with the gunbai should be pretty powerful. Not saying it will bisect Manda but it can deal some hefty injuries if he uses it at the right spots like Manda's eyes or something

So yea, I don't think Manda is an issue lol

That's EMS Sasuke. This is Hebi Sasuke. And that scan doesn't prove Sasuke's Genjutsu = Tsukuyomi Lol. They used the genjutsu to break each other out of Tayuya's genjutsu, that's it.

Except Manda doesn't even obey Sasuke to begin with. Sasuke needs to place Manda in genjutsu for it to obey him. If their genjutsu cancel each other out, Manda won't be obeying Sasuke either way.
