Conditions: Madara just got revived with RinneTensei and has both eyes, but they're 3 tomoe level only. Itachi is alive and not sick. Everyone is War Arc form. Itachi has his anbu sword, Kakashi has his clan tanto, Madara has Gunbai.

Restrictions: Kyuubi, Mokuton, any Susanoo's.
