Not enough information. Can't go off of Tobi/Madara's Space/Time technique and Madara's lost during the battle of the First Hokage or how both abilities of their Sharingan works or comes into play. If Team "Kage" have knowlege than I would say "Team Kage," if not than I choose "Draw."

I wish ppl would stop making madara vs threads nobody knows the extent of his power aside from his pains and gedo mazo so for all we know he can't beat the three kages I could be wrong but then again I could be right js

of course madara would defeat the raikage. A's jutsus are mostly physical ,plus most of madara's jutsus are still unkown.
