alive EMS madara using 25 Suano'o clones? He cannot use that in his alive form as he doesn't have Senju DNA compared to his Edo counterpart who had Senju DNA and an edo body that regenerates chakra.

Madara wins. Btw, EMS/VOTE Madara is stronger than OBito. The only way obito can win is by running away until madara can't use susanoo.(which would take more than 24 hours.) Obito having one hax technique doesn't make him stronger overall.

Obito only surpasses EMS Madara after becoming the Juubi's Jin, but is overtaken completely when Madara obtains the same power.

As for a battle, it might go down the same way for EMS Madara, but the issue is hitting Obito. Any version of Madara with the Rinnegan doesn't have this issue though.
