So who would win? Personally it might be a draw but since Madara is older he should win right?

Is this Rinnegan Madara? If so, he wins. Obito can't warp him since he can repel him using Shinra Tensei. The Jins are ripped of their V2 cloaks or completely suppressed with the Wood Dragon.

Flower Tree World will exhaust Obito's Kamui intangibility unless he can destroy the whole forest, and with his Bijuu gone, he can't annihilate the forest so the pollen will linger on the field, once his 5 minutes are up, the pollen puts him to sleep and then Madara finishes him.

Also, it was said Hashirama could bend Bijuu to his will via Mokuton, this should mean that Madara can take the Bijuu from Obito and use them against him, if he can't do this, then the above method is still valid.
