Only Kurama can give Naruto chakra because only he is sealed within Naruto. If the tailed beasts could simply remotely give their chakra then becoming a host of the ten-tails would be useless for Madara because the tailed beasts would be able to transfer to Naruto without a problem. He only has the power to telepathically speak to them because their chakra already resides within him.

So, naruto canonically sealed Madara's limbo with his senjutsu sticks and with his powers from the shukaku, but he won't be able tos seal madara (which was his main goal, but madara switched with limbo).
