Maybe i'm interpreting this wrong but the only way for the bijuus to go haywire and try to escape is if they go through a wound.

Dafuq Manga are you reading? Madara wasn't messing around when he fought them Post Shinju absorption. He just got his ass whooped. Plain and simple. No need to make excuses. With that being said...

Naruto shit stomps. He couldn't even handle Naruto w/ Jiton Rasengan and a Gudo Stick and Sasuke with his sword, Ameno, and Chidori. No way he's taking on Naruto w/ his full arsenal, such as Shadow Clones. BDFRS. Multiple BDFRS. (Neither of which Madara has a counter for. He can't evade nor can he block them) Super Bijuu Rasen Shuriken would let him rip the Bijuu right out of Madara's body, and Naruto would rape him in close combat due to Kairiki Musou.

-Juubi Dama is countered by the Gudo Dama like they were in canon.
-Elemental Senjutsu attacks are countered like they were in canon.
-Gudo Dama manipulation is countered by Naruto's own, or it's countered by FRS or BD variants.

Madara in fact gets low-diffed , but this madara is on the same tier that this naruto. Naruto in fact is a very bad match up for madara, since he's one of the only two people that can see his limbo.

Even with the restrictions you put on naruto, naruto still wins. When naruto and sasuke fought this version of madara they honestly weren't even goin all out. He only has one limbo which could easily be countered by a shadow clone. Naruto also has the capability of ripping the bijuu out of him. Not to mention naruto outclasses him in just about every attribute. Add in the ability to collect even more natural energy, and its a stomp
