What is this?

This is some of the worst animation I've ever seen. Honestly, Studio Pierrot once again screwed us over with some crappy animation.

The thing that baffle me the most is that Part One Naruto has better animation than this.

The Video Game blows this out of the water.

The quality of episodes can change. There's been a few times where some episodes look different in the preview, but changed/corrected in the actual episode. The animator who does this episode is usually a good one, don't know why his quality went down.

it could be the people he has working for him, he isn't the one drawing the pictures after all.
