Since when did Madara say he was bad at taijutsu? I'm pretty sure he said it's the only option to beat him because of his ninjutsu absorbing bability. There's no way he is winning in base.

-Being worse than Gai in taijutsu doesn't mean being bad. Madara's taijutsu is pretty good, but Gai is better.

Lets see,If I say that Minato beats Madara in a battle of speed then Iam implying that Madara's speed is bad,right? How on earth Madara being below the best taijutsu user in terms of taijutsu makes him a bad taijutsu user?

You know some of these guys just don't read the manga properly..ignore them

Guy is the type of person who punches so hard he can create fireballs. Even in base he was fast enough to take on Obito in close range and not get warped. Madara has nothing to match that level of speed and power. Guy wins both scenarios handily, possibly even in base. I can't see him needing more than 3rd Gate to win.
