who would win?

Madara wins the first one med-diff. He is superior at everything + he has the advantage with Susanoo.

Kisame wins med-diff the second one, Samahada could absorb his Katon techniques even if it doesn't like fire, Kisame uses Water Prison and fuses with Samehada for the win.

Kisame wins both scenarios. V2 isn't enough to protect him from GSB, which absorbs Susanoo after Kisame traps him in wayer dome, limiting his mobility. Suiton>Katon. Genjutsu is the only thing Madara has going for him...but considering Kisame was battling Bee perfectlly fine in zero visibility I think eye contact can be avoided, and there's a chance Samehada can snap him out via partner method anyway.

If Madara's shadow clones can use V2 Susanoo, then he wins.

GWD Ends this Kisame casually swims around the Susano'o and absorb it at his leisure. If all else fails GSB ends this

Its not even like i posted Kiba > Kisame... After the Otsutsuki family, even if restricted, EMS Madara is one of the strongest characters in the manga.
