We honestly don't know if he has a counter afterall he does have the third eye as well we don't know if the sage and madara can dimensional shift all 3 have it I'm assuming all 3 can use infinite tsukoyomi

The manga already implied she's on another level when Sasuke commented her chakra levels were off the charts even compared to Madara. I have no idea why readers constantly question the legitimacy of Kishi's work.
