I don't "hate" Itachi. I dislike Uchiha in general because they are all super overrated. People think anyone with 3 tomoe can put someone in a genjutsu then just go up to them and slice their throats, or that a sharingan sees everything, or that anyone with a 3 tomoe can't lose in CQC to someone. Itachi just so happens to be one of the characters were many threads are made with him so it seems like I'm just going at him. The few Uchiha we know of can beat many characters in the series, thats a fact, but its not as simple as "Genjutsu GG" "Speed Blitz heart stab GG" "You can't hit him because Sharingan so he decapitates" and much more. They are the most overrated and I dislike them all equally, get it straight.
