I was about to say Madara high difficulty but i read that Madara has full knowledge,lol the guy knows the in and outs of the sharingan,giving him knowledge means 100% death for the brothers.

And even without full knowledge Madara still wins,he's just too haxx to be face by only 2 shinobi's at the time.

Itachi and sasuke fo sure........
Itachi is very smart fast, calculating and since he is not sick he would do more than just hold his ground........ Also he has two legendary item's that are very powerful yata mirror and the sealing sword. He is known to be the 2nd best genjutsu user after shishi. To top it off you have sasuke who has EMS as well. Sasuke is somewhat fast, and some people say he prefected amutrasu.
Two strong uchiha's against one..... I don't think madara well last very long since he is in a disadvantage....... I would have posted a really good post but iam really tired and not in the mood for yet.

Thats a possibility, but I think Madara would counter two susano's with mokuton to restrict them? But then again you the possibility of two have amaterasu's to burn them off xd
