It could be worse. It's not the best, but its not terrible...as long as Guy vs Madara isn't as slow as that Hashirama vs Madara fight was, I mean goddamn they were moving like snails.

The Hashirama VS Madara double flashback fight had good animation, but the Madara VS Kages was crap. I'll be expecting the later quality because the animation quality of Naruto is crap in general.

If anyone was wondering why, all the good animators are/were working on the Boruto movie.

These people just finished the Last too, and then they were pushed to animate another movie in less than a year. Add that with the series, of course they have to push fillers.

A shame they didn't even bring the animators from Lee vs Shira, it looks like the animation will be less than that, but I'm crossing my fingers since those fights you uploaded are old.

With the amount of filler theyve crammed in they better be working their asses to make this fight animated beautifully, but only time will tell.

Im gonna be so pissed if this animation turns into the Pain style fight with Gais speed and distorting

Doubtful. Believe it or not pain style required more work than any other naruto fight to date bar vote1. They put so much into it it went past good to looking jarring.
