If that's the only condition than Madara, Madara always has Limbo watching his back just ask Sasuke. The only reasons BZ was allowed back stabs was because they needed a beatable fodder(Kaguya) and because all 4 of his Limbo were engaging the enemy. In other words none were watching his back, I suppose his SM mysetriously stopped working as well.
