1st just because it hasn't appeared on screen doesn't mean that Madara doesn't have Amaterasu. On a lot of jap jump games he has been shown having it. And in the Databook it states that you must have tsukuyomi and Amaterasu to unlock susano'o. So until the MANGA states otherwise Sasuke, Itachi, and Madara have Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi, and Susano'o.

I believe the manga already proved that he didnt have it... don't you think they would have showed him using it against hashi? I mean madara could have potentially one shotted him with it.
