As I said, madara won't notice obito until he is already behind him, minato with superior reflexes barely managed to escape & that was thanks to his s/t.
& When will madara know that obito will warp behind him? He will have to deal with the bijuu & this can only be achieved through the use of PS. Mokuton clones cannot use PS so the original is literally a sitting duck.

Same with the acid, it is corrosive. Corrosive materials will burn through almost anything. If you deny this then you're telling me that suiton > yoton because suiton was able to cut through the shinjuu's mokuton as if it were butter, same goes for enma.
