Madara uses Storm Release - Rinnegan or Juubi Jinchuuriki power?

Its said the Rinnegan has the ability to generate all 5 elements with relative ease, enabling the user to use all jutsu's.

So is Storm Release an Kekkei Genkai or something that requires the "Kaguya's body" to generate, since she possesses all Kekkei Genkai.

What do you think?

Probably juubi related, rinnegan is just basic elements not advanced elements like storm release.

I'll go with Juubi since it has actually used large scale Storm attacks.

Kaguya has used some in the past too so I'm guessing Madara used a small scale version concentrated version directed at Naruto and Sasuke.

Largely unclear. As Vok said, it has a higher chance to be a Juubi-related release, since the Rinnegan's only been said to grant the user the five basic natures, and Storm Release isn't one of them. That, and we did kinda see the Ten Tails do a massive environmental attack [

DB says it's because of the Six Paths power. Though I find it funny how they say it can't be evaded, but the pic shows Naruto evading it. Lol

It's most likely the Juubi/Shinju's power, but anything regarding Hagoromo and his power is ambiguous.

it appears to be the same tech Kaguya was seen using in Hagoromo's story, my best guess would be that it came from him absorbing her presence.
