I don't think there's more to do. This drawing is good as it is. Or why don't you tell what should be improved and how?

For starters he didn't get the expression down right, but that's tolerable since he maybe didn't want to make it look the same as in the manga. Next up are the lines. He needs to make his lines smoother and sharper so that he can make a curvy line in one smooth movement. Here he drew multiple to make the line fatter and thus cover it's inconsistency. Shading is also good but it still needs to get better. I'm an animator and an artist so I know what I'm talking about. I'm saying some of these things because I too need to improve at some of them.
To tywahu: Don't get your confidence hurt by me saying stuff. I'm just pointing out some things. If you need advice VM/PM. Nice effort for using ballpoint pen. I just read that one now.

Criticism is always great, helps you improve tons. Anyway, I'm not really that good with criticising drawings so I'll just give you my opinion. It looks fantastic, but I agree about the face expression @TCHmaster pointed out.
