Madara does posses genjutsu strong enough to control a jinchuriki and a kage at the same time while leaving them nothing to suspect or even know they have been under mind control.... there could be a possibility he can get someone else out of IWR, but eeeh... most likely not himself by his own hands.

unless Tobi knowing what kabuto had up his sleeve, transplanted the rinnegan +plus a sharingan (don't forget he has also Senju cells) so that he can use the human path, absorb Madara's soul and use Izanagi to completely heal his body and turn in back to the old Madara, thus really becoming the person Tobi has been claiming to be.

He should. Would be lame if the trump card is controlled. Besides him breaking free would make things alot more interesting for us fans and alot worse for the village alliance because he is still evil whether controlled or not. Wouldnt make a difference, unlike itachi

yaaaap, because Kabuto is the one that initiated the ritual/contract with these souls to turn them into "zombies"... but once you kill the person whom started a technique, that jutsu will suffice along with the edo tensei souls, returning them back to the impure world.

Its like this, if a ninja that holds a contract for summoning a certain animal dies, then that animal will never be summoned by that ninja because he's dead, and it would just teleport back to his place of origin/living turf.
