This week's episode covered up to "Contradiction", and next chapter we'll probably get "Gaara vs Mizukage" and "Jouki Boy". Considering we get 2/3 chapters each episode, we might even get to see Madara in the chapters "Kabuto's Trump Card" and "Reinforcements Arrive".

At any rate, Episode 303 WILL feature Madara ( that is, if there are no fillers ).
So that means that he will most likely also appear in the story mode of Storm 3.
