The prime of Madara does NOT consist of the Rinnegan, lol. I don't even see how you're even trying to argue this. Sasuke never used the MS, yet he knew Amaterasu right off the bat. If Madara had time to practice the Rinnegan don't you think he'd be using the Deva Path abilities or something like that? I'm sure a CT would've been better to use than a ****ing Katon tech.

Nagato > EMS Madara, even with his oh-so-godly Perfect Susano'o.

both itachi and sasuke had the ms and since they are brothers their abilities are similar. madara didnt die 5 seconds after getting the rinnegan. he lived long enough to test out its techniques. he died shortly after but not the moment he attained it.

what are you talking about? everyone knew about ems madara. why would madara question kabuto about his prime is his prime was his ems. how does madara not using the rinnegan 5 seconds into the fight prove anything?

Get real pal, what could've possibly killed a prime Rinnegan+EMS Madara? if he was really at his prime when he awakened the Rinnegan. Who's that badass who could kill Madara at his best? considering Madara's words: "I awakened those eyes shortly before I died". I'd like to hear your answer now...

even gaara and killer bee have a sealing jutsu.

so sakura has a genjutsu? "just because he hasnt shown it doesnt mean he doesnt have one" right? how about naruto knowing 8 gates? or kakashi knowing katon? you CANNOT attribute powers to people who haven't even shown such a thing. madaras been given no reason to seal something or use the soul removal of rinnegan. bee and gaara are cases where they can use a specific element, hardened. ink, sand etc. if madara can harden the mokuton to the point you cant break out...
