You claim Uchihas can only advance their Sharingan because of their brains. The eyes are connected, doesn't mean Obitos brain is still linked to Kakashis eye.

Anyway, Rinnegan is a combination of Ashura and Indra chakra. If Hashirama had Rinnegan and the Juubi he would indeed wreck Madara because Base Hashirama > Base Madara.
