Atm, it's unclear whether the EMS grants any other abilities apart from preventing blindness.
However, since Madara can use Susano'o it means he can use Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu too.

Btw, the 'time' ability you refer to is not canon. It was only seen in the Storm Generations cutscenes.
