No restrictions, they go all out. Madara is in his EMS state, and has the Kyuubi. Every character mentioned is in character, and they fight at the pre VOTE Hashi and Madara fight. The clan leader's chakra is replenished after each round, and they suffer no draw backs. Hashirama and Madara have full info on their opponents, whereas the others have none on Hashi and Madara.
